The District will perform abatement services for the Owner's problem site as described <br />below. The Distrtct will. as reasonably necessary, develop and implement mosquito <br />surveillance and control acâvities with its own personnel, material5 and equipment at 1he <br />problem site. <br /> <br />2. Problem site; The catch basin storm drain system in d:le pte$ently developed areas of <br />Redwood Shores. <br /> <br />3. Owner shalt reimburse District at a rate oU16.50 per hour, not to exceed 300 man hours per <br />yeør. The District will bill Owner for actual services rendered. Owner witt pay for such <br />services within 30 days of receipt of each bill. <br /> <br />4. The oœw:rence of any unusual problems that would require ad<titional manpower, equipment <br />and materials, will necessitate a change order 88 an addendum to this agreement. It is <br />und~tstood tlmt my clumges would be mutually agreed to prior to the initiation of the order. <br />All additional costs relatM to ~e orders would be negotiated separately. <br /> <br />5. This agreement shall be effeCtive June I, 1999 through May 31, 2000. Either party may <br />tenninate the agreement upon 30 days written notice to the other party. <br /> <br />6.
