Our scope of work will be to <br />prepare a topographic survey for approximately 6,000 lineal feel of existing <br />roadway. <br /> <br />This survey will be prepared in AutoCAD Versions 13 or 14 at a scale of 1" = 20' <br />and will include the location and depths of existing storm sanitary manholes and <br />catchbasins, the location of water valves, gas valves, curbs and other surface <br />improvements such as driveways, trees, fences, and sidewalks. The limits of <br />the survey will extend to the adjacent right-of-way lines. <br /> <br />In addition, the plan will show approximate property line boundaries, right-of- <br />way lines, lot address '(per block book), street centerlines, all existing utilities <br />lines, existing water and gas services, sewer laterals and invert elevations at all <br />structures. All symbols shall be per City Standard legend. We will show and <br />describe bench marks and control lines. These surveys will be provided on city <br />of Redwood City Plan/Profile Sheets. <br /> <br />We anticipate a four (4) week schedule for completion of the work, from written <br />notice to proceed.
