<br />8ubsurfa.oo Consultants, Joe. <br /> <br />SERVICE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />This Agreement is made this 25th day of February, 1998, between Redwood City Redevelopment <br />Agency, subsequently refmed to as 'lÇlient." and Subsuñaoe Consultants, Inc. (SCI) subsequently <br />referred to as "Consultant!' <br /> <br />By joining in this Agreement. Client retains Consultant to conduct au environmental site <br />assessment' for Bradford Street Parking Lot in Redwood City. California, subsequently referred to <br />as "'Project." The Client's relationship to Project is that of owner. <br /> <br />SCODe of Seniœs <br /> <br />By this Agreement, the scope of Conßultant's services on Project is limited to the Tasks discussed in <br />Consultant's proposal dated February 25, 1998. <br /> <br />l!! <br /> <br />Consultant agœes to provide services covered by tbis Agreement on a time-and~e basis in <br />accmdance witb the attached Schedule of Charges and Terms and Conditions. which aœ <br />incorpomted into and made a part of this Service Agree111ent. On this basis, Consultant estimaœs its <br />fee for the services outlined wlll be $15,160. Consultant will not exceed this fee without Client's. <br />authorization. <br /> <br />Jl P1'Qject requirements or subsurface conditions encountered. indicate that the Scope of Services <br />covered by this Agreement should be revised, an additional Service Agreement or written <br />addendum to this Agreement shall be entered into to cover the revised scope and fee.
