<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />TASK ORDER <br />NO.1 <br /> <br />This Task Order is entered into pursuant to the terms and conditions of the <br />following described agreement (the "Agreement"), entered into by and between <br />the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City, (the "Agency") and the <br />contractor (the "Contractor) hereinafter identified: <br /> <br />Title of Agreement: <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT SERVICES, <br />BRADFORD STREET PARKING LOT. <br /> <br />Consultant: <br /> <br />Subsurface Consultants Inc. <br />3736 Mt. Contractor shall perform the services as described <br />in the Agreement. <br /> <br />Descriøtion of Services: Provide consulting and environmental site <br />assessment services, <br /> <br />2. Compensation. Agency shall compensate Contractor for the <br />services described in this Task Order under one of the two following <br />alternatives, as indicated (check and complete, as appropriate): <br /> <br />a. X Compensation shall be based upon the rates of charge <br />and method of calculation described in the Agreement. <br /> <br />b. X Not to exceed $25,000 <br /> <br />3. Approval.
