Xerox <br />will Issue partial credit for selected replaced parts that Xerox deems repairable, <br /> <br />3, AFTER HOURS SERVICE FOR EQUIPM!NT COVERED BY BASIC SERVICES: <br />For most equipment covered by 8811c Services, for which service Is reQuested aner Xerox' standard business <br />hours or sny customer contracted for Extended Service Houni, the charge for both time (labor) and materials <br />(parts) will be at a flat fee of $290.00 per call. The flat fee for DocuTech equipment 18 $335.00 per call. <br />These fees are subject to change without notice.
