Permittee further acknowledges and agrees that in the <br /> event of removal, damage, destruction, or otherwise altering of condition of said <br /> underground conduits with communication lines by third parties, Permittee shall <br /> reconstruct, reinstall, and repair said underground conduits with communication <br /> lines at its own cost and expense upon request of City so to do. <br /> In the event the City, its agents, employees, contractors, or <br /> subcontractors damage or otherwise alter the conditions of the said underground <br /> conduits with communication lines or any portion thereof, in connection with the <br /> ownership and use of City-dedicated right-of-way adjacent to and abutting the <br /> Subject Premises, Permittee shall promptly reconstruct, reinstall, or repair said <br /> underground conduits with communication lines and shall bear all costs and <br /> expense of the reconstruction, reinstallation, and repair. <br /> 7. Permittee's obligation of Removal. Permittee shall, upon receipt of <br /> notice so to do, and within such time limit as may be fixed by said notice, alter, <br /> remove, or relocate at the expense of Permittee the said underground conduits <br /> with communication lines or any portion thereof to such extent as may be <br /> necessary, in City's opinion, to avoid interFerence with any pipe, street, or utility <br /> facility or other structure or use now or hereafter to be constructed by the City, or <br /> with any operations of the City of Redwood City, or with any use by the City of <br /> Redwood City of the Subject Premises. <br /> 8. Removal of Improvement.
