The terms and conditions hereof shall be binding upon and <br /> be for the benefit of the successors in interest of Permittee, assigns, transferees, <br /> heirs, or grantees of Permittee. This permit shall not be transferred with the prior <br /> written approval of the City and order by motion adopted by the City Council of <br /> the City of Redwood City. <br /> 14. Acceptance.
