��-� g <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 1 AND EXHIBIT B OF <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13298 ESTABLISHING A SALARY PLAN <br /> FOR CERTAIN EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS (SEIU UNIT), TO <br /> ADD THE POSITION OF, AND SALARY FOR SENIOR LIBRARY <br /> OUTREACH SPECIALIST <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 13298 entitled, "Resolution <br /> Establishing a Salary and Wage Plan for Certain Employee Classifications (SEIU <br /> Unit)", adopted March 23, 1998, is hereby amended by adding to the list of <br /> employee positions therein contained the position of Senior Library Outreach <br /> Specialist. <br /> 2. Exhibit B to the aforesaid Resolution No. 13298 is hereby amended <br /> by adding thereto the salary schedule for the position of Senior Library Outreach <br /> Specialist as set forth in Exhibit "B-4", attached hereto, and by this reference <br /> incorporated herein. <br /> 3.
