���v <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING SALARY SCHEDULE AND <br /> COMPENSATION PLAN FOR THE POSITION OF CITY <br /> MANAGER <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE rITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The compensation for the position of City Manager is hereby <br /> amended by revising the salary schedule as set forth in Exhibit "A" (commencing <br /> from and after May 11, 1999) which Exhibit is attached hereto and by this <br /> reference incorporated herein. <br /> 2. In addition to the provisions of Paragraph 1, the terms and conditions <br /> of employment for the position of City Manager shall include those provisions <br /> established for positions included in the Executive Management Classifications <br /> set forth in that certain document entitled, "Summary of Benefits, May 1, 1997 - <br /> April 30, 2000," a copy of which is on file in the office of the Director of Human <br /> Resources, except to the extent otherwise provided by letters of agreement <br /> dated November 13, 1991, November 2, 1994, November 8, 1995, and June 8, <br /> 1998, and subsequent amendments thereto not in conflict with the provisions <br /> hereof. <br /> 3.
