This plan offers either an in-person office visit or the telephone service of a network attorney <br />to provide to Member a one half-hour consultation session. Network attorneys provide advice and direction in a <br />variety of common family law areas.. The most common areas we handle include: <br />D Child custody <br />D Divorce <br />D Credit and bankruptcy <br />D Real estate <br />D . Wills and probate <br />D Personal injury <br />D Criminal <br />D Consumer contracts <br />.The service excludes certain specialized legal areas including labor law and employment law. This plan <br />specifically does not cover legal representation in court or preparation oflegal documents. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Personal Tax Advisory. This plan covers the telephone services of CPAs (Certified Public Accountants) or EA's <br />(Enrolled Agents) to assist employees who have problems with: <br />D IRS audits <br />D Capital gains, estate tax and inheritance tax <br />D Unfiled, past due federal tax returns <br />D How to address other IRS issues that the Member is unable to resolve <br />Each family unit is entitled to a total of up to 90 minutes per year, which consists of three Telephone sessions of up <br />(030 minutes each. Please note that this is not a tax representation and/or preparation sè~ice. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Pre-Retirement Consultation. This plan covers two specialized types of Pre-Retirement telephone consultations: <br />Financial and Lifestyles. One Session = Telephone session of up to 60 minutes, <br /> <br />:J <br /> <br />Financial: This telephone session can help the Member analyze the financial aspects of retirement. The <br />counselor can help the Member: <br />= Discuss strategies for maximizing retirement income <br />= Detennine how to estimate retirement income <br />= Detennine if additional income is needed to maintain CUITent lifestyle <br />= Learn about financial senior benefits <br />= Evaluate pension and social security options <br />Members who schedule a pre-retirement financial consultation are sent a set of worksheets to complete <br />prior (0 the consultation. <br />Lifestvles: This telephone consultation can cover all non-financial issues related to retirement. The <br />consultant can provide suggestions on: <br />= Aging issues such as housing, health and social relationships <br />= Relocating after retirement <br />= Making the most out of retirement <br />= The effects of family relationships after retirement <br />= Making the transition from full-time work to retirement <br /> <br />:J <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Concierge Services, This plan service covers telephone assistance in obtaining certain vendors for Members as <br />described below, <br /> <br />Concierge Services serves as an information broker that is intended solely to be a locator service. This service is <br />not intended to be a full concierge service in its purest fonn (i.e., securing services for Members). Members will <br />receive a response by telephone, E-mail, or facsimile within 72 hours of their initial request. Please note that this <br />service only provides general information regarding referrals and does not cover the cost of services purchased <br />nor does MHN guarantee the delivery and/or quality of any service, MHN reserves the right to decline specific <br />requests at MHN's sole discretion.
