ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />This agenda item affords members of the public the opportunity to directly address the <br />City Council on any subject relating to the City Council which is not on the agenda or any <br />item within the Consent Calendar. If the subiect YOU wish to address is not on tOg <br />aoenda, please understand tha~Brown Act (Open ~Law) prec~ <br />Council from takina any action at this time. All items within the Consent Calendar are <br />considered to be routine and the City Council will waive the reading of the Consent <br />Calendar (except the title of any ordinances) and adopt all resolutions and ordinances, <br />and approve other items by one motion and one vote.
