PROPOSAL FORM FOR THE 2000-2001 CIVIC FACILITIES ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE SERVICE To the Honorable City Council City of Redwood City City Hall Redwood City, California Dear Council Members: The undersigned, as a bidder, declares that he has carefully examined the location of the proposed work, the annexed proposed Contract Documents and Technical Specifications, and he proposes and agrees that, if this proposal is accepted, he will contract with the City of Redwood City to provide all necessary machinery, tools. apparatus, and other means of service, to do all the work and furnish all the materials specified in the contract in the manner and time therein set forth required to complete the 2000-2001 Elevator Maintenance Service project shall be in strict conformity with the Contract Documents and Specifications prepared therefor by the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department, copies of which are on file in the office of the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department, which Contract Documents and Specifications are hereby made a part thereof. The bidder proposes and agrees to contract with said City of Redwood City to furnish and perform all of the above described work, including subsidiary obligations as defined in said specifications for the following prices. to wit: Bidder shall compute the item cost by multiplying the quantity by the unit price and shall enter the resulting figures in the "Monthly Total Cost" column to the nearest cent. In the event of any discrepancy between the Monthly Total Cost as computed by bidder and the result of multiplying the quantity by the monthly cost per unit price, the result of multiplying the quantity by the monthly cost per unit price shall control. ..
