<br />RESOLUTION NO. -'- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING AND AUTHORIZING <br />CALIFORNIA STATE OFFICE OF PROCUREMENT TO <br />PURCHASE CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED VEHICLES AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PURCHASE DOCUMENTS <br />THEREFOR <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCil OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOllOWS: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to the provisions of Redwood City Code Section 2.80gnd <br /> <br />,.... ., .. <br />, , . <br /> <br />Public Contracts Code Section 10324, this Council does hereby authorize and <br /> <br />request the Office of Procurement of the State of California to purchase under <br /> <br />Contract No. 1-00-23-14-01, on behalf of the City of Redwood City, certain <br /> <br />materials, supplies and equipment, to wit: nine (9) 2000 Model CHP Class "E" <br /> <br />Special Service Police Vehicles conforming to specifications of the Department <br /> <br />of Public Works Services of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />2.
