<br />3k-t <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT WITH REDWOOD SHORES PROPERTIES <br />RELATING TO THE INSTALLATION OF CERTAIN PUBLIC <br />ACCESS FACILITIES AND ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC ACCESS <br />EASEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THE REDWOOD SHORES <br />LEVEE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled, "License and Indemnification <br /> <br />Agreement," by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation <br /> <br />of the State of California, and Redwood Shores Properties, a California joint <br /> <br />venture general partnership, a copy of which agreement is on file in the Office of <br /> <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> <br />thereof is hereby authorized, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />2. The. non-exclusive public access easement granted by Redwood <br /> <br />Shores Properties and described in the document entitled "Grant of Easement" <br /> <br />between Redwood Shores Properties and the City of Redwood City, to which <br /> <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof is hereby accepted <br />and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized anc:f -direêted-to <br /> <br />execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said "Grant of Easement," and the <br /> <br />City Clerk is hereby directed to record said document. <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />-- r <br />
