<br />5A-7 <br /> <br />ARTICLE 15 <br />CG (General Commerâal) DISTRICT <br /> <br />Section 15.1 Puroose. To provide a district for commercial uses which do <br />not specialize in serving the pedestrian shopper but rather, because of the <br />character of their product or service, are more appropriately located along <br />thoroughfares or away from the central shopping districts where more land is <br />available or where special facilities can be provided for the perfol'l)'1ance of their <br />function. <br /> <br />Section 15.2 Permitted Uses. The following uses are permitted in the <br />CG District If conducted entirely within a building: <br /> <br />a. , New car, boat, or trailer sales, rental, and repair. <br /> <br />b. Parking lots and garages. <br /> <br />c. Sales or service establishments and sales of new merchandise and <br />equipment. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />d. Hotels, motels, nursing homes, rest homes, nursery schools, and day <br />care centers. <br /> <br />e. Business or professional offices. <br />f. Medical or dental laboratories. <br /> <br />g. Commercial passenger terminal facilities, including bus or train <br />terminals, and ambulance services. <br /> <br />h. Garden nurseries. <br /> <br />~ i. Schools and studios for arts, trades, and professions not including <br />industrial machinery or processes. <br /> <br />j.
