<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />SA-I) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION INITIATING PROCEEDINGS TO AMEND <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1130, AS AMENDED, THE REDWOOD CITY <br />ZONING ORDINANCE, BY AMENDING SECTION 15.4 <br />THERETO, RELATING TO THE REQUIREMENT OF THE <br />ISSUANCE OF USE PERMITS FOR MUSIC STUDIOS IN THE CG <br />ZONING DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City (the <br /> <br />"Planning Commission") has reviewed a proposed amendment to Section 13.4 of <br /> <br />Article 13 of Ordinance No. 1130, the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance (the <br /> <br />, ;,' ': ,> '¡' .: <br /> <br />"Zoning Ordinance"), relating to the requirement of the issuance of a conditional <br /> <br />use permit for music studios in the CN (Neighborhood Commercial) District ("CN <br /> <br />District"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has previously recommended to <br /> <br />this Council the adoption of an ordinance amending Section 13.4 of Article 13 of <br /> <br />the Zoning Ordinance relating to the requirement of the issuance of a for music <br /> <br />studios in the CN District; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to also amend Section 15.4 of Article 15 <br /> <br />of the Zoning Ordinance relating to the requirement of the issuance of a <br /> <br />Conditional Use Permit for music studios in the CG (General Commercial) <br /> <br />District ("CG District"); <br /> <br />Reso-821 <br />F: \sh ared\redwood\cou ncil <br />FXS:rg <br />02/02/00 <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />..,......,.. _.
