<br />3J)3> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br />FRIENDLY ACRES AREA STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS - <br />PHASE I; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the Friendly Acres Area Storm <br /> <br />Improvements - Phase I, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and <br /> <br />reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br /> <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br /> <br />described; <br /> <br />NOW ~ THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
