Effective Date and Termination. This Permit becomes effective <br /> <br />upon execution of the Permit by City and Permittee, or September 14, 1999, <br /> <br />whichever comes last, shall continue in effect until November 30, 1999, unless <br /> <br />terminated by either party or extended by mutual agreement, pursuant to <br />paragraph 2, above. <br /> <br />11.
