AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 13298, AS <br />AMENDED, ESTABLISHING A SALARY AND WAGE PLAN FOR <br />CERTAIN EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS (SEIU UNIT) TO <br />PROVIDE FOR A 3.179% SALARY INCREASE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCil OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOllOWS: <br /> <br />1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 13298, adopted March 23, 1998, as <br /> <br />amended, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"SECTION 1.
