<br />3GL} <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTING <br />SERVICES <br /> <br />(SUSAN B. MERRILL, CPA) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires professional accounting <br /> <br />services for the Financial Management Services Division (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Susan B. Merrill, CPA of Visalia, California, represents that <br /> <br />she is qualified on the basis of experience and expertise to perform the aforesaid <br /> <br />services required for the Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCil OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOllOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Accounting <br /> <br />Services" (form dated 02/07/00), by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br /> <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, and Susan B.
