<br />~G (0 <br /> <br />activities. <br /> <br />Consultant shall obtain and maintain during the term hereof owned <br /> <br />and non-owned and hired automobile liability insurance coverage in the minimum <br /> <br />amount per insurable event, as follows: <br /> <br />Insurance Category <br /> <br />Minimum Limits <br /> <br />Automobile Liability <br /> <br />$1,000,000 per accident <br />for bodily injury and <br />property damage (coverage <br />required to the extent <br />applicable to Consultant's <br />vehicle usage in performing <br />services hereunder) <br /> <br />Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, Consultant shall <br /> <br />furnish City with certificates and copies of information or declaration pages of the <br /> <br />automobile liability insurance required hereunder with original endorsements: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Precluding cancellation <br /> <br />or reduction in coverage before the <br /> <br />expiration of thirty (30) days after City shall have received written <br /> <br />notification of cancellation or reduction in coverage by first class <br /> <br />mail; <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Providing that Consultant's insurance shall apply separately to <br /> <br />each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except <br /> <br />with respect to the limits of the insurer's liability (cross liability <br /> <br />endorsement); <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Naming the City of Redwood City, its Council, officers, boards, <br /> <br />commissions, employees, and agents, as additional insureds; and <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />Providing that Consultant's insurance coverage shall be primary <br /> <br />Agmt-251 <br />F: IS hared/Redwood/Cou ncil <br />DES:djk <br />02/07/00 <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />.
