Box 391 <br />Redwood City, CA 94064 <br />Phone: (650) 780-7380 <br />Fax: (650) 780-7309 <br /> <br />Dates: October 1, 1999 - September 30, 2000 <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The purpose of this program is to conduct predator damage management to reduce <br />predation of the federally listed California clapper rail and salt marsh harvest mouse from <br />various predators as listed in the City of Redwood City's Predator Management ?lan for <br />Redwood Shores Peninsula. Upon receipt of funds from the City of Redwood City for <br />Predator Management, USDA- WS will commence predator management activities as <br />soon as staffing is accomplished. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />USDA- WS will attempt to work this project with another project when possible, to make <br />the predator management activities stretch over a longer time period each year. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />USDA- WS will conduct predator removal activities within the guidelines described in the <br />City of Redwood City Predator Management Plan for the Redwood Shores Peninsula. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />USD A - WS will attempt to stay within the itemized detail of the budget Exhibit A, <br />Attachment No.2, but will retain the ability to shift funds from one budget item to <br />another, as a result of changing daily needs and to make the project funding last as long <br />as possible during each year. USDA-WS will not exceed the annual spending limit <br />established for this project. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />There will be occasional periodic compulsory training required for safety and skill <br />enhancements that the USDA- WS employee will be required to complete, while charging <br />against this contract. <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />10f2 <br /> <br />. . ~..__.
