<br />If Council wants the roadway extension to be built, other funding sources, beyond developer <br />fees, will likely be necessary. In August of 1998, staff applied for a $3 million Federal (T-21) <br />transportation grant for the Blomquist Roadway extension. In early 1999 we found out that the <br />Roadway extension did not qualify for the grant, as it was not considered a significant regional <br />roadway improvement.
