<br />SË-3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING <br />ENGINEERING SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE <br />BA YSHORE ROAD WIDENING PROJECT <br /> <br />(NOLTE AND ASSOCIATES, INC.) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the widening of Bayshore <br /> <br />Road between Whipple Avenue and the entrance to Century Park Theaters in <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br /> <br />consulting engineering services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Nolte and Associates, Inc. of San Jose, California, represents <br /> <br />that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the aforesaid <br /> <br />services required for the Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Consulting <br /> <br />Engineering Services - Bayshore Road Widening Project" (form dated 12/02/99), <br /> <br />by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br /> <br />California, and Nolte and Associates, Inc., for the performance of the above- <br /> <br />mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Reso-793 <br />DES:djk <br />F :/Shared/Redwood/Co un ci I <br />12/02/99 <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />..
