Section 2. Section 37.3 is hereby added: <br /> <br />"Section 37.3 Conditional Use Permit. Any application for the use of a dwelling <br />as an accessory dwelling shall be subject to a conditional use permit pursuant to Article <br />42." <br /> <br />3. Section 3.
