<br />~t-7 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 1 AND EXHIBIT B OF <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13298 ESTABLISHING A SALARY PLAN <br />FOR CERTAIN EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS (SEIU UNIT), TO <br />ADD THE POSITION OF, AND SALARY FOR CUSTOMER <br />SUPPORT SERVICES SPECIALIST AND DELETE THE <br />POSITION OF METER MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 1 of Resolution No. 13298 entitled, "Resolution <br /> <br />Establishing a Salary and Wage Plan for Certain Employee Classifications (SEIU <br /> <br />Unit)", adopted March 23, 1998, is hereby amended by adding to the list of <br /> <br />employee positions therein contained the position of Customer Support Services <br /> <br />Specialist and delete the position of Meter Maintenance Specialist. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Exhibit B to the aforesaid Resolution No. 13298 are hereby <br /> <br />amended by adding thereto the salary schedule for the position of Customer <br /> <br />Support Services Specialist as set forth in Exhibit "8-8", attached hereto, and by <br /> <br />this reference incorporated herein and delete therefrom the position of Meter <br /> <br />Maintenance Specialist. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />This resolution shall be effective upon the date of its adoption; <br /> <br />provided, however, that the salary rates set forth in Exhibit 8-8 shall be operative <br /> <br />from and after February 28, 2000. <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />Reso-829 <br />F :/5 hared/Redwood/Council <br />DES:djk <br />02116/00 <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />
