<br />3fr3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR CATHODIC PROTECTION SYSYEM <br />DESIGN AND INSTALLATION SERVICES FOR THE PENINSULA <br />NO.1 WATER TANK REHABILITATION PROJECT <br /> <br />(HARCO/CPS WATERWORKS) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the design and installation <br /> <br />of a Cathodic Protection System for the Peninsula No.1 Water Tank in the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br /> <br />consulting engineering services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, HARCO/CPS Waterworks of Glendale, Arizona, represents <br /> <br />that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the aforesaid <br /> <br />services required for the Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Consulting <br /> <br />Engineering Services - Cathodic Protection System Design and Installation for <br /> <br />the Peninsula No.1 Water Tank Rehabilitation Project," (form dated 02/11/00), <br /> <br />by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br /> <br />California, and HARCO/CPS Waterworks for the performance of the above- <br /> <br />Reso-826 <br />DES:djk <br />F: ISh ared/Redwood/Council <br />02/10100 <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />"-""" .
