<br />'3[; , 6 <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES - <br />CATHODIC PROTECTION SYSTEM DESIGN AND INSTALLATION <br />SERVICES FOR PENINSULA NO.1 WATER TANK REHABILITATION <br />PROJECT <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />, 2000, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY I a <br /> <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City"), and HARCO/CPS <br /> <br />WA TERWORKS of Glendale, Arizona ("Consultant"); <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS,. City requires the design and installation of a Cathodic <br /> <br />Protection System for the Peninsula No.1 Water in the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />(the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br /> <br />consulting engineering services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and <br /> <br />is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES.
