<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE BLOMQUIST <br />STREET EXTENSION WETLANDS MITIGATION PLAN; <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR SAID <br />WORK; AND DIRECTING RETURN OF SECURITY DEPOSITS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 13817, adopted January 24, <br /> <br />2000, the City Clerk advertised for bids for the Blomquist Street Extension <br /> <br />Wetlands Mitigation Plan in the City of Redwood City, California; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisement, six bids were received for the <br /> <br />performance of said work and filed with the City Clerk; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Bellicitti and Pellicciotti Construction Company, Inc. of Santa <br /> <br />Clara, California is the lowest responsible bidder, and it is the intention and <br /> <br />desire of this Council to award said bid to Bellicitti and Pellicciotti Construction <br /> <br />Company, Inc.; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The bid of Bellicitti and Pellicciotti Construction Company, Inc. in the <br /> <br />amount of Sixty-nine Thousand Eighty-five and 35/100 Dollars ($69,085.35), <br /> <br />computed in accordance with bidder's proposal dated February 16, 2000 for the <br /> <br />Blomquist Street Extension Wetlands Mitigation Plan, is hereby accepted and <br /> <br />said bidder is hereby found and declared to be the lowest responsible bidder for <br /> <br />said work. <br /> <br />Reso-831 <br />DES:djk <br />F :/Shared/Redwood/Cou nci <br />02/22/2000 <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />..... --1 <br />
