In the event of an <br />emergency, notice may be provided by facsimile to Circle Star at (650) 493- <br />9050 and to Homestead at (650) 368-5815 and to Redwood City at (650) 780- <br />7309, followed by a written notice under paragraph 12 (b) above; <br /> <br />13. The parties hereto expressly agree that each and every term and condition of <br />this Agreement may be enforced by injunctive relief, in any court of <br />competent jurisdiction. <br /> <br />14. In the event any action or proceeding is instituted by one party against the <br />other with the respect to this Agreement, or any provision thereof, the <br />prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees. <br /> <br />15. Section, paragraph, and subparagraph headings as used herein are for <br />convenience only and shall not be deemed to alter, modify, or amend the <br /> <br />provisions of the section, paragraph, or subparagraphs which they head. <br /> <br />16.
