<br />California, being a portion of Parcel 1, as described in the Approval of Lot Line Adjustment,
<br />recorded June 25, 1997, as Series Number 97-076673, Official Records of San Mateo County,
<br />described as follows:

<br />COMMENCING the most southerly corner of Parcel II, as said parcel is described in the
<br />Approval of Lot Line Adjustment, recorded June 25, 1997, as Series Number 97-076672,
<br />Official Records of San Mateo County; thence along the southeasterly line of said Parcel II
<br />North 48°01 '00" East, 28.23 feet; thence leaving said southeasterly line South 49°04' 15" East,
<br />43.23 feet; thence South 41 °01 '07" West, 8.18 feet; thence South 48° 58' 53" East, 76.05 feet to
<br />the city limit line of the City of San Carlos and Redwood City, and the POINT OF
<br />BEGINNING; thence leaving said city limit line South 48°58'53" East, 13.93 feet to the
<br />beginning of a curve to the right having a radius of 209.00 feet; thence along said curve through
<br />a central angle of 04°25'33", an arc distance of 16.14 feet; thence leaving said curve North
<br />40°55' 45" East 11.00 feet to a point on the arc of a non-tangent curve concave southwesterly
<br />having a radius of 3,710.21 feet from which the radial center bears North 41 °41 '27" East; thence
<br />northwesterly along said curve through a central angle of 00°16'56", an arc distance of 18.28
<br />feet to aforesaid city limit line of the City of San Carlos and Redwood City; thence along said
<br />city limit line South 89°08'07" West 15.80 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing an
