<br />3L.. 11 <br /> <br />City acknowledges that an adjoining land owner has the right to exclusive use of a portion of <br />the Property at certain times under the Allen RE.A. <br /> <br />8. Covenants Running With The Land. This Agreement and all of the covenants <br />and restrictions set forth in this Agreement shall, to the fullest extent permitted by law and <br />equity, without regard to technical classification or designation, be deemed to be covenants <br />running with the land and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto <br />and their respective successors and assigns. <br /> <br />8.1 Notices.
