<br />3t-4 <br /> <br />TASK ORDER NO.1 <br />FINAL DESIGN OF CORDILLERAS CREEK BANK EROSION REPAIR <br /> <br />This Task Order is entered into pursuant to the terms and conditions of the following <br />described agreement (the "Agreement"), entered into by and between the City of Redwood City, <br />a municipal corporation of the state of California (the "City") and the contractor (the <br />"Contractor") hereinafter identified: <br /> <br />Title of Agreement: <br /> <br />Professional Engineering Services - Final Design of Creek Bank <br />Erosion Repair, Cordilleras Creek Near Industrial Way <br /> <br />Consultant: <br /> <br />Date of Agreement: <br /> <br />ANDREW LEAHY, CIVIL ENGINEER <br />562 SIXTEENTH AVENUE <br />SAN FRANOSCO, CA 94118 <br /> <br />JULY 19, 1999 <br /> <br />1. Task Described. Contractor shall perform the following services, which are in addition to <br />those services described in the Agreement. <br /> <br />DescriDtion of Services: <br /> <br />Increase the number of site visits for construction support to the California Conservation Corps <br />during construction of the gabion wall and purchase of special California native plants in <br />compliance with requirements of the City's permit from the California Department of Fish & <br />Game. <br /> <br />2. ComDensation. City shall compensate Contractor for the services described in this Task <br />Order as indicated (check and complete, as appropriate): <br /> <br />a) t!(check, if appropriate) Compensation shall be based upon the rates of charge and <br />method of calculation described in the Agreement. <br /> <br />b) Not to exceed $454.00 <br /> <br />3. Time of Performance. Contractor shall perform the services to be provided pursuant to <br />this Task Order on or before the following: <br /> <br />Date of Completion: <br /> <br />November 14. 1999. <br /> <br />4. ADDroval.
