<br />~D~~ <br /> <br />AGBEfMENI <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE SERVICES <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this - day of <br /> <br />, 2000, by and between <br /> <br />the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br /> <br />("City"), and D & D, THE ELEVATOR COMPANY, ("Supplier"); <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City requires elevator maintenance services at various locations of <br /> <br />its public buildings throughout Redwood City, California; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Supplier represents that it possesses the experience, and is <br /> <br />qualified to perform the aforesaid elevator maintenance services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follow: <br /> <br />1. CITY'S REQUIREMENTS. Supplier agrees to supply City with elevator <br /> <br />maintenance services in accordance with City's requirements therefor for the period <br /> <br />March 30, 2000 through March 30, 2001 in accordance with the specifications <br /> <br />pertaining thereto entitled "Contract Documents for the 2000 - 2001 Elevator <br /> <br />Maintenance Service - City of Redwood City, California", and Supplier's bid pertaining <br /> <br />thereto dated February 22, 2000, which contract documents, specifications, and bid are <br /> <br />hereby incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />Agmt-330 <br />FXS:djk <br />F: SharedlRedwoodlCounc i 1 <br />03/09/00 <br /> <br />,'-' <br />
