<br />3F'b <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES - <br />REDWOOD SHORES LEVEE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />, 2000, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City") and HUFFMAN & <br /> <br />ASSOCIATES, INC., of Larkspur, California ("Consultant"); <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City requires environmental assistance in obtaining permit <br /> <br />extensions, negotiations and other related actions in connection with the <br /> <br />Redwood Shores Levee Improvements Project in the City of Redwood City (the <br /> <br />"Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br /> <br />environmental consulting services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and <br /> <br />is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES.
