Assist with negotiations with the United <br />States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) and the Corps, including attendance at <br />meetings as requested by the City Manager, City Attorney or their representatives. <br /> <br />3) Provide assistance in relation to the BCDC Notice of Violation including <br />attendance at meetings as directed. <br /> <br />4) Provide information at the request of the City Attorney regarding waterfowl <br />hunting in relation to endangered species issues. <br /> <br />5) Provide assistance in response to letter from BCDC regarding plan review of <br />fences and gates. <br /> <br />E:\redwoodl it\FEBRUAR Y2000, wpd <br />
