Added <br />to all vehicle costs shall be an administrative charge of 15 %. <br /> <br />Computer and communications costs, including telephone, telex, and postage charges will be charged at direct cost except that an <br />administrative charge of 15% shall be added to such costs. Faxes will be charged at $1.00 per page. Reproduction costs for <br />photocopies, bluelines, etc. will be billed at direct cost for outside printing services, plus a 15% administrative charge. <br /> <br />EXPERT TESTIMONY AND OVERTIME <br /> <br />When H&A, Inc. staff appear as expert witnesses at court trials, arbitration hearings and depositions, their time will be charged at 2.0 <br />times the above standard. For assignments requiring overtime of exempt personnel, hourly rates will be the above standard. For <br />assignments requiring overtime of nonexempt personnel, hourly rate will be 1.50 times the above standard. <br /> <br />EQUIPMENT RENTAL <br /> <br />H&A, Inc. provides scientific and engineering field equipment on a rental basis for Water Resources, Botany, Wildlife, Biology, and <br />Soil Infiltration Studies. A detailed Schedule of Fees for equipment rental is available. <br /> <br />LABORATORY TESTS <br /> <br />H&A, Inc. provides soil, water quality, hydrology and plant testing as well as coordination and management of these testing <br />programs.
