The following is a summary of the planned events: <br /> <br />The Arts & Crafts Fair and Festival hours of operation will be 9:00 AM to 6:00 <br />PM on Tuesday July 4. <br /> <br />On Tuesday, July 4, the Parks & Recreation ,Department will hold their annual <br />'Fun Run' footrace at 9:30 AM. The Parade will start at 10:30 AM. <br /> <br />Attached is a map that indicates areas to be used in. downtown. <br /> <br />In keeping with previous years, the following support services are requested: <br /> <br />1. Two street sweepers to be available at approximately 10:00 AM to pick up <br />fresh horse droppings along the Parade Route and the Jury Parking Lot at <br />Middlefield Rd. and Veterans Blvd. They will also be needed along the Festival <br />area, approximately 7:00 PM after the Festival has closed on Tuesday. ' <br /> <br />2. Deliver available bleachers to Marshall and Winslow streets prior to and <br />pick up after the Parade. <br /> <br />3. Deliver banicades to locations around the Festival Area on Monday July 3 <br />no later than 5:00 PM and along the Parade Route as detennined by the Police <br />Department and the PCA.
