Your letter outlined <br />some additional tasks,to be performed as part of the traffic study: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />A signal warrant analysis under all four analysis scenarios at the Brewster <br />AvenuelWarren Street intersection; <br />Left-turn pocket storage analysis for the westbound approaches to the Brewster <br />Avenue/Arguello Street intersection and the Brewster Avenue/Warren Street <br />intersection under Background and Cumulative Conditions (originai scope <br />included analysis under Project Conditions). <br />Cumulative Conditions to include traffic generated by pending developments <br />(growth factors will not be used); and <br />Attendance at one public meeting. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />The first three additional tasks will be performed as part of our original fee estimate.
