<br />3N-l <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 14.32 TO CHAPTER 14, <br />ARTICLE III, DIVISION 2 TO THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO LIMITATION UPON CLAIMS <br />FOR REFUNDS OF CHARGES FOR COLLECTION AND' <br />DISPOSAL OF REFUSE AND RECYCLABLE MATERIALS <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Section 14.32 is hereby added to the Code of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 14.32. Refunds. Whenever the amount of any fee, service <br />charge, interest, or penalty has been overpaid or paid more than once or <br />has been erroneously collected or received by or for the City under this <br />Article, said amount so collected or received may be refunded; provided, <br />that a written claim therefor is filed with the Director of Finance within <br />three (3) years from the date of such payment. The claim shall be made <br />on forms furnished and approved by the Director of Finance." <br /> <br />Section 2.
