Pt8c:ofnmendlltlons <br />were made to increase exeCUtIve Management's benefits to.the I8v8I of other city employees and <br />to increase each classificæicn's salary range. Executive Managemenrs last salary increase was <br />in May 011999 wnen trley receioJed a 3.40% increase, During tne same year. many bargaining <br />grol.lps received salary inCt8ases betWeen 4% to 6,88V..
