<br /> <br />April 10,2000 <br /> <br />Subject <br />Annexation to the Oak KnoU Sewer Maintenance District <br />Engineering File No. 1206-04 <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Adopt three separate resolutions approving the sewer annexation of Assessor's Parcel <br />No. 058-267-020; Assessor's Parcel Nos. 058-271-170 & 058-245-030; Assessor's <br />Parcel No. 058-267-010 to the Oak Knoll Sewer Maintenance District, subject to the <br />conditions that: (1) a sewer connection fee of $550.00 per connection is paid to the City; <br />and (2) that the property owner sign an annexation agreement with the City consenting <br />to future annexation of the property to Redwood City. <br /> <br />Background <br />Pursuant to the Redwood City/Oak Knoll Sewer Maintenance District Agreement dated <br />March 18, 1958, the County of San Mateo and the property owners of APN-058-267- <br />020; APNs-058-271-1iO & 058-245-030, and APN-058-267-010, have requested <br />permission from the City to annex these properties to the Oak Knoll Sewer Maintenance <br />District. The information of the property owners and their property is as follows: <br /> <br />Name <br /> <br />Assessor's Parcel No. <br /> <br />Ms. Wanda Adams APN 058-267-020 <br />Mr. & Mrs. Aldo Argenti APN 058-271-170 & 058.245-030 <br />Mr. & Mrs. Robert Blodgett Jr. APN 058-267-010 <br /> <br />The application was submitted by San Mateo County and has been reviewed by the <br />City's Engineering and Construction.
