<br />~F.26' <br /> <br />ANNEXATION AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br /> 2000, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> <br />municipal corporation of the State of CaUfornia, ("City") and Mr. and Mrs. Robert <br /> <br />Blodgett, Jr. ("Owners"); <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Owners own all that certain real property situate in the <br /> <br />County of San Mateo, State of California, more particularly described in Exhibit <br /> <br />"A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein (the <br /> <br />"Property"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Property is located within City's Sphere of Influence as <br /> <br />determined by the San Mateo county Local Agency Formation Commission <br /> <br />pursuant to Government Code Section 54774; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />pursuant to <br /> <br />Resolution <br /> <br />No. <br /> <br />adopted <br /> <br />, 2000 by the Council of the City of Redwood City consent was <br /> <br />granted to annexation of the Property to the Oak Knoll Sewer Maintenance <br /> <br />District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as a condition to said consent to annexation to said District, <br /> <br />Owners were required to evidence consent to annexation to City and waiver of <br /> <br />protest to such annexation in the event the Property were to be proposed for <br /> <br />annexation to City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Owners desire to evidence such consent and waiver as <br /> <br />aforesaid; <br /> <br />Agmt-335 <br />F :\sh\sh' A edwood\Council <br />FXS:mge <br />03/21/00 <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />~ - _.~-~~--_.---r----~~~ -~4- <br />
