Upon evidence <br />of financial capacity satisfactory to City, WILLIAMS' obligation hereunder may be <br /> <br />satisfied in whole or in part by adequately funded self-insurance. <br /> <br />(b) Any insurance provider of WILLIAMS shall be admitted and authorized <br /> <br />to do business in California and shall be rated at least A:X in A. M. Best and <br /> <br />Company's Insurance Guide. <br /> <br />Insurance certificates issued by non-admitted <br /> <br />insurance companies are not acceptable. <br /> <br />(c) If insurance is terminated for any reason, WILLIAMS agrees to purchase <br />an extended reporting provision of at least two (2) years to report claims arising <br /> <br />from work performed in connection with this Agreement. <br /> <br />(d) Policy allows for reporting of circumstances or incidents that might give <br /> <br />rise to future claims. <br /> <br />(e) In addition to the requirements' described above, WILLIAMS shall <br /> <br />comply with any additional coverages required by federal, state or local laws, rules <br /> <br />and regulations. WILLIAMS and/or its contractors shall obtain all permits, and <br /> <br />other forms or documentation which are required and forward them to the City <br /> <br />Administrator with the required evidence of insurance. <br /> <br />16. Notifications.
