� L� ��t � <br /> 18.247.29 'Transportation Demand ManagemenY' means measures and techniques <br /> designed to reduce single-occupant vehicle travel and encourage the use <br /> of transit, carpooling, vanpooling, walking, bicycling, telecommuting and <br /> other ways of eliminating P.M. Peak Hour vehicle-trips. Transportation <br /> Demand Management includes, but is not limited to, provision of shuttle <br /> buses, park and ride lots, preferential parking spaces, subsidized transit <br /> fares, guaranteed r'rde F�ome�� programs, attemativef modes of commute <br /> information, and the administration and coordination of transportation <br /> demand management programs. <br /> 18.247.30 `Transportation Demand Management Coordinator" means that person <br /> designated by the Administrator whose responsibilities, in part or in whole, <br /> include the preparations, administra�on or coordination of Transportation <br /> Demand Management programs and measures for the City. <br /> Section 18.248 - Imposition and Payment of Transportation Impact Fee: <br /> A. Impact Fees shall be established as set forth �in resolution of the Council and <br /> . maintained on file in the office of the Administrator. The fee shall be collected <br /> from every Applicant for a Development that increases PM Peak Hour Trips. <br /> B.
