Credit may be given for redevelopment of existing uses pursuant to Subdivision <br /> C. of Section 18.249. <br /> Section 18.254 - Adjustments to Fees: <br /> Annually, the Administrator shall propose adjustments to the Impact Fee Schedule <br /> based on revised cost estimates for the Capital improvements and trafific reduction <br /> measures included, or proposed to be included, concurrently in the Impact Fee Project <br /> . List, and present said recommendations to the Council which, following noticed public <br /> hearing,. may be a�apraved and adopted by resolution with such revisions, modifications, <br /> or amendments as the Council shall determine. Notice of said public hearing shall be <br /> given pursuant to the provisions of Govemment Code Section 66018. <br /> Section 18.255 - Vlolation-Penalty: <br /> Any person, corporation, or other business entity violating or causing the violation of any <br /> of the provisions of this Article shall be gui�ty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction <br /> � thereof, shall be punishable in accordance with Section 1.7.A of this Code. <br /> Notwithstanding, the foregoing, the provisions of this Article may also be enforced by <br /> legal or equitabte action, or both such actions, all such remedies being cumulative. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase, part or portion <br /> of this ordinance, including those parts adopted by reference, is for any reason held to <br /> be invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall <br /> not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance." <br /> Section 4.
