Accordingly, this report recommends both the City and <br /> Agency grant Habitat a right of entry to the site. <br /> • Within 60 days of land transfer, Habitat will file for their final Subdivision Map. In <br /> tandem, applications will be made for building and grading permits. <br /> • Habitat will begin their site work in May and continue through the summer. <br /> • Habitat will sponsor a Frenzy Build in September 2000 and frame the first 12 units; the <br /> finish work on these units will be completed over the winter months. <br /> • First Phase of the units will be available for occupancy in the spring of 2001. <br /> • The remaining units would be built out by 2003, three years from the date of land <br /> transfer. <br /> The resolutions transferring the land are attached to this report.
