Each information page or <br /> declaration page shall bear the following endorsements: <br /> (a� Endorsement precluding cancellation or reduction in <br /> coverage before the expiration of thirty (3Q) days <br /> •after City shall have received any notification <br /> . thereof from the insurance carrier; and <br /> (b) Endorsement naming the City of Redwood City, its <br /> Council, officers, boards, commissions, agents, <br /> and employees thereof, as additional insureds; and <br /> (c) Standard cross liability endorsement. � <br /> ' 17. This permit sh�.11 be non-�exclusive and City retains the <br /> • right, in general, to permit third parties to use portions of the <br /> Subject Premises, and the right, specifically, to permit ingress <br /> and egress from lands of City in the vicinity of the Subject <br /> Premises through•Maple Street (formerly Steinberger Street) to � <br /> Parcel C as shown on Exhibit B and to access to the water. <br /> 18.
