On December 11, 1995, a public
hearing was held to provide open discussion by the public and private interests about
the district. As a result of the hearing, the Redwood Shores Landscape Maintenance
District was formed and the boundaries established.
With the establishment of the Redwood Shores Landscape Maintenance District, one
such area within the District is located behind the development of The Cove at
Califomia Bayside Subdivision, and is currently owned by The Cove at California
Bayside Homeowners Association.
The Cove at California Bayside Homeowners Association has submitted the deed and
legal description for the open space area prepared by Brian-Kangas-Foulk. Staff
recommends the acceptance of the deed by City Council.
Fiscal Impacts
Since the dedicated property is located within the boundary of Redwood Shores
Landscape Maintenance District No. 1995-1, and assessments have been levied on the
affected property owners to maintain the open space area, there are no fiscal impacts
to the City by this action.
    o
Lowell L.W.
