$P�•33 <br /> MEMORANDUM . - <br /> r <br /> , Date: April 14, 20Q0 <br /> To: Whomever it concerns <br /> From: Bill Tott, RWC Building Inspector <br /> Re: Partial Electrical Inspection on April 13, 2000 at Docktown Marina <br /> FINDINGS: <br /> On Thursday April 13 2000, City staff inet Mr. Fred Earnhardt and his associates at the <br /> Marina and conducted various inspections, including a partial electrical inspection, the <br /> results of which are as follows; <br /> South Ramn <br /> Subpane/ at head of ramp does not have a continuous ground path <br /> back io main disconnect. <br /> Subpane/ neutra/ and grounding conductors on same bus. <br /> Subpane/ daeadfront cover not installed. <br /> Subpanel has iwo (2) doub/e-tapped breakers <br /> Subpane/ feeder conductors bending radius not in compiiance with <br /> NEC requirements. . <br /> Numerous unsupported j-boxes (supported by conduif only). <br /> 110v 20a j•boxes ai slips are extreme/y corroded. <br /> J-boxes at slips are not grounded. � <br /> Each j-box at slips has two (2) 1 i0v dup/ex receptac/es that are not <br /> GFC/ protectecl (i2 - approximate tota/ number of dup/ex recepiacles <br /> • on this ramp on/y). <br /> The access covers on numerous %-box covers �re improperly secured. <br /> After inspecting the South Ramp, it became apparent that there would not be <br /> sufficient time that afternoon to conduct a complete electrical inspection of the <br /> entire Marina. David Roberson will be conducting a comprehensive and <br /> complete inspection on Wednesday, April 19`� from 8:30 to 11:30 with Mr. <br /> Eaznhardt and his associates. <br /> .
